1. Definitions

• "Player," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses too12 services.
• "Account" means the personal betting account created by a Player on too12 platform.

• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gambling product offered by too12.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in your Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive offered by too12 subject to specific terms.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your Account balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency for transactions on too12.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use too12 services. too12 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We employ age verification measures and reserve the right to request identity documents at any time. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately terminated, and all funds will be forfeited without exception.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

too12 is designed for players residing in Indonesia. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are legally accessing our services from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling. too12 operates under international licensing and makes no representation that our services are legal in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an account on too12, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification)
• Date of birth (to verify you are at least 21 years old)
• Valid email address and active mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password

You agree to keep your account information up to date. Failure to provide accurate information or update changed information may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on too12. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from too12 services. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. All activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. 3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

too12 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment channels:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions must originate from payment accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player VIP tier. Standard players may deposit up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Higher limits are available for VIP members upon request.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. In rare cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit does not appear in your account balance within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

3.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your too12 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of crime, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities. too12 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must meet the following conditions:

• Account is fully verified with KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation
• Withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 50.000
• All applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied
• No pending security investigations or disputes on your account

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. For example, if you deposited via BCA bank transfer, your withdrawal will be processed to your BCA account. This policy prevents money laundering and ensures regulatory compliance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

too12 processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

too12 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

4.5 Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 25.000.000 per transaction and Rp 100.000.000 per month. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their tier. Progressive jackpot and large tournament winnings may be paid in installments over multiple months at too12's discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at too12's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, time limits, and wagering conditions. Not all players may qualify for all promotions. too12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "turnover" or "playthrough" requirements) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3.000.000 in total bets before withdrawal.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10-20% contribution
• Live dealer games: 5-10% contribution
• Sports betting: varies by bet type and odds

5.4 Bonus Abuse

too12 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns including multi-accounting, collusion, bet hedging, and low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

5.5 Maximum Bonus Bet

While wagering a bonus, the maximum bet amount is Rp 50.000 per spin or hand. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and winnings.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on too12 are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. too12 is not liable for bets placed in error, duplicate bets, or bets made due to technical malfunction on your device.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues), the official result as determined by the governing sports body will be used to settle bets. Bets on abandoned or postponed matches will be void unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original start time. 6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All slot games and casino games on too12 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems tested by independent laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session. Each game has specific rules displayed within the game interface.

6.4 Lottery and Togel Rules

For togel (lottery) betting on Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and Macau draws, results are determined by the official lottery operators in those jurisdictions. too12 does not control or influence lottery outcomes. Draw schedules and result posting times are approximate and subject to delays beyond our control.

6.5 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of system malfunction, software error, or incorrect odds display, too12 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. too12 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened.

7.2 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

7.3 Account Suspension by too12

too12 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any term of this agreement
• You engage in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
• You provide false information during registration or verification
• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• You create multiple accounts
• You engage in bonus abuse or unfair betting practices
• too12 is required to do so by law or regulatory authority

If your account is closed for violation of these terms, you forfeit all balances including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on too12 and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Colluding with other players or third parties
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to mask your location
• Money laundering or using too12 for illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff
• Reverse engineering or attempting to decompile our software

9. Privacy and Data Protection

too12 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using too12 services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all cyber threats.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, too12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the 30 days preceding the claim.

too12 is not responsible for errors or omissions in statistics, odds, results, or other information provided on our website. You are responsible for independently verifying information before placing bets.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding too12 services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

too12 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of too12 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
